I will share in this post some of my favorite outfits or pictures of last year... Just click on tittles for a link to the original post!
I really need some feedbacks from you... I must tell you that last month I thought about to give up this blog... so much time to write posts and take pictures...
I loved to choose those pictures and run through past posts, that's like my diary... I will perhaps post less in the next few months... but I decided not to give up... I must find a new motivation...
Which budget for a vintage wardrobe?
DAISIES for summer...
DRIVING the bride....
So tell me which post did you like the most ?
What would you like to see more on this blog ?

Love this photo recap. Your blog is one of my favourites and you provide such great vintage inspiration... so don't give up blogging!
ReplyDeleteI love your blog! You are so gorgeous and always immaculately dressed! Maybe you just need something new to break out of your blogging rut. Perhaps you could talk about things like how you put together an outfit and maybe compare the same dress accessorized different ways. Your hair always looks fabulous too so I'd love some hair tutorials (even though I know those tend to be even more work than outfit posts!) And maybe you just need a break so don't feel bad if you need a blogging vacation!
ReplyDeleteI know I don't comment much (if I ever have), but I do love your blog and your style very much! I also love the photos of your husband. I don't know of many other blogs that feature a couple vintage styled and though there are no pictures of it on my blog (because sadly it doesn't happen), my husband and I enjoy going out in vintage together. (I dress vintage almost everyday, but he normally only dresses vintage when working on cars or going out with me). Your blog really inspires me
ReplyDeleteI forgot to mention, that it is okay to take longer breaks between posts if that is what you feel like you need to do. Because, of course, living life is more important than blogging about it.
ReplyDeleteThough you will have lots of wonderful photos for your albums unlike some no bloggers who don't have a single photo of themselves (or their family) because they get too busy and forget (I am that way).
But what I was getting at, no matter how often you decide to blog, there will be people subscribed and enjoying what you do post. I know I will be.
I love them all, but particularly 'Let It Snow' and 'Vintage Wedding'!
ReplyDeleteEven though I don't comment, I love seeing what you two are doing, and admiring your fantastic vintage style. Take a break... but please come back!
Please don't stop, Laurence. I love your blog and your style is so inspirational. :)
ReplyDeleteVery happy blogiversary to you!! I couldn't begin to choose a favorite outfit or post, you always look so amazing! x
ReplyDeleteo mine God u cannot give up i really love yr blog and yr style
ReplyDeleteOh the picture of the 2 of you in the snow is soo cute!
ReplyDeleteHappy bloggiversary! I hope you find new inspiration for this blog!
Happiest congratulations on two amazing years of blogging, dear Laurence! That is such a wonderful, admirable milestone to reach.
ReplyDeleteI have known of your blog for most of that time, and can say, with absolute conviction, that I have loved, enjoyed, and appreciated everything that you've shared with us. Your wardrobe, style, passion for flea markets and travel, and beautiful home are a true joy to see.
You and I both love the 40s and 50s, and this kinship has always helped me feel close to you and your blog. I know what a tremendous amount of work posting image filled posts on a frequent basis can be, believe me, but I would be devastated, as I'm sure many others would be as well, if you shut down your blog. I'll always understand if you feel that's best for you, of course, but do so hope - even if it means posting less often, fewer photos, whatever it may take - that you'll keep sharing your incredible passion for the past and inestimable fashion sense with us for a long time more to come.
♥ Jessica

Congratulations! Keep at it - I think I can safely say, that we (here in blogland) all love reading your posts, and seeing what amazing outfits and accessories you are going to wear next! :)
ReplyDeleteYour blog is one of my top 2 blogs that I ALWAYS read updates once im on bloglovin, even if I don't have time to sit and read others. Your pieces are incredible, your style is classy and you and your husband's love and personality is so quirky that it gives me hope to find a man who is somewhat interested in fashion or vintage as well. J'espere que tu ne craine pas et continue a ecrire et partager avec nous xx
ReplyDeleteI love your blog! To keep your motivation, you could try and insert easier pieces, such as a topical round up of pictures of items you currently like in etsy (For example lots of links to early autumn dresses/ Christmas dresses etc. Taking it further, you could then probably get those shops to sponsor you. Or you could just post general pictures that inspire you (prints, gadgets, fabrics, quirky buttons). Keep up the good works and try to possibly even monetise your blog in order to re-kindle your motivation.
Mes hommages !

Oh no!!! I LOVE your blog! Your amazing pictures are to die for! I would be so very sad if you stopped blogging. Your wardrobe, your style, the beautiful locations, DISNEY POSTS, I adore them all! I do understand how hard it can be to keep a blog fresh and going each week, so I would understand if you felt you couldn't continue. BUT I would miss you dearly!!! You are such an inspiration!
ReplyDelete~xoxo, CoriLynn

ReplyDeleteI love to see the details of your clothes, and even more I love to see your house!
Greetings,
